Who This Admissions Path Is Designed For
The BIM Professional Program is designed for learners with an interest or foundation in architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, building services, technical drafting or a related AEC field who want to develop stronger BIM, coordination and project-delivery capability.
APPLICANT REASSURANCE
Advanced BIM experience is not required. Applicants should have an appropriate foundation, clear intent and readiness to participate seriously in a live, project-based learning model.

AUSARTAN reviews the application against the published admissions criteria. A follow-up interview may be requested when additional clarification is needed.

Applicants may receive an offer, a request for further information, a recommendation to prepare further before reapplying, or a decision not to proceed for the current cohort.

Admissions Is Based on Fit and Readiness—not Software Expertise Alone
We do not expect applicants to arrive as BIM experts. We look for appropriate foundations, clear intent, readiness to learn and the ability to engage seriously with the program.

A reasonable connection to architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, building services, technical design or a related field.

The ability to commit to live sessions, project work, reviews, collaboration and feedback.

Clear reasons for joining and a discipline choice that reasonably aligns with the applicant’s background and goals.

Dates, Tuition and Policies
Cohort start and deadline
Publish the confirmed dates. Until confirmed, use “Date to be confirmed” and “Application deadline to be announced.”
Tution
Publish the confirmed tuition or provide a direct “View tuition and payment information” link. Do not require a sales call merely to discover basic cost information once tuition is approved for publication.
Deposit and payment options
State only confirmed requirements and link to the full payment terms.
Refund, withdrawal and deferral
Use short links to the approved policy documents. Do not summarize complex clauses in cards.
Technology and participation requirements
Link to the Program page or Admissions Guide rather than repeating the full technical checklist.
Temporary copy before commercial details are finalized
Tuition, payment options and applicable enrollment policies will be communicated before applicants are asked to accept an offer.

No advanced BIM experience is required. Relevant AEC, technical, engineering, design, construction or related foundations are more important than prior mastery of software.

Not every applicant needs a formal portfolio. Relevant work samples may be requested where they help the admissions team understand your experience or track fit.
