A Guided and Transparent Path to Admission

Admissions at AUSARTAN begins with understanding your background, goals, discipline interest and readiness for a structured, studio-based learning experience.

Our process is designed to help both you and the institute determine whether the BIM Professional Program is the right fit before either side makes a commitment.

Who This Admissions Path Is Designed For

The BIM Professional Program is designed for learners with an interest or foundation in architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, building services, technical drafting or a related AEC field who want to develop stronger BIM, coordination and project-delivery capability.

APPLICANT REASSURANCE

Advanced BIM experience is not required. Applicants should have an appropriate foundation, clear intent and readiness to participate seriously in a live, project-based learning model.

Early-career architects, engineers, technicians and construction professionals

Strong fit

AEC students and recent graduates

CAD or drafting professionals transitioning toward BIM.

Professionals already using BIM tools who want stronger project and coordination understanding.

Unsure about your readiness?

The Guidance Session is designed to help you assess fit before submitting a formal application.

How the Admissions Process Works

Register Your Interest or Book a Guidance Session

Share your program interest, preferred discipline track, current career stage and contact details.

What happens next →

The admissions team reviews your inquiry and confirms the appropriate next step.

Attend a Guidance Session

Discuss your background, goals, track fit, learning commitment and questions about the program. This is a guidance conversation—not an admissions decision.

What happens next →

Applicants who appear aligned may be invited to submit the formal application.

Submit the Formal Application

Provide a concise account of your education, professional background, discipline interest, current experience and reasons for joining. A résumé, LinkedIn profile or relevant work sample may be requested where useful.

What happens next →

You receive confirmation that the application has been received.

Application Review

AUSARTAN reviews the application against the published admissions criteria. A follow-up interview may be requested when additional clarification is needed.

What happens next →

The admissions team communicates any additional requirement and completes the review.

Receive a Decision and Offer

Applicants may receive an offer, a request for further information, a recommendation to prepare further before reapplying, or a decision not to proceed for the current cohort.

What happens next →

An offer confirms the program, track, cohort, tuition, response deadline and any conditions.

Accept the Offer and Complete Enrollment

Confirm the offer and complete the required enrollment and payment steps.

What happens next →

After enrollment, AUSARTAN provides onboarding and preparation instructions through separate accepted-student communications.
